We also set our Manuka honey, so the appearance is thicker. This delays the natural sugar granulation which occurs frequently in runny Manuka honey. 100% Monofloral New Zealand Manuka Honey Our Manuka honey is made by the bees gathering pollen from the Manuka bush. Monofloral Manuka is not blended with honey from other nations. We made the decision as a brand to adopt new stringent guidelines, in line with the New Zealand government approved standard. Product is tested in both New Zealand, where our Manuka honey is harvested, and by an independent UK laboratory.Methylglyoxal is the active compound directly responsible for the antibacterial activity unique to Manuka honey. The higher the Methylglyoxal content of MGO Manuka Honey, the stronger the antibacterial activity. This new way of rating Manuka honey activity levels is in line with New Zealand Government guidelines and replaces the old 5+,10+,15+,20+ rating systems.

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card.
