Spiraea arguta, also known as the "Bridal Wreath", is a medium-sized, deciduous shrub of an upright and rounded habit, with narrow foliage of about 4 cm in length and medium green in colour. The leaves will change to vibrant hues of yellows and oranges in autumn. In early spring, sprays of dainty white flowers bloom along the long, arching branches, creating a stunning foam-like display that grants the plant another common name - "Foam of May". The flowers will attract a number of pollinators, including bees. Growing to an ultimate height and spread of 1.5-2.5m, Spiraea Arguta is ideal for borders and flowerbeds, especially for filling in any gaps.
