This spectacular and angelic duo will provide endless bundles of fairy-like dainty blooms of candy pink, pale pink and white shades throughout May through to the end of June. You can expect these upright beauties to produce strong and sturdy green stems that can grow up to a height of 120cm, where the gorgeous flowers will wonderfully decorate up the length! A fantastic choice for your patio, cottage garden or even wildlife garden! Product Specifications: Position in: Full Sun, Sun or semi shade Height: 120cm (48in) Spread: 90cm (36in) Supplied as x 2 9cm potted plants Grow Weigela in a sunny or semi shaded position, in any well drained soil. Prior to planting, incorporate plenty of well rotted manure or garden compost into the soil. Plant Weigela at the same depth as they were planted in their pots. Backfill the planting hole and water well to settle the soil. Water regularly throughout the growing season until young plants are fully established. In spring, apply a mulch of well rotted manure or garden compost to the base of the plant. Weigela requires little pruning. After flowering cut back stems to a healthy bud and remove a fifth of the old stems to ground level. Images shown are for guidance only of the expected results from plants upon maturity.
