Yucca elephantipes is native to South Africa and will thrive in a bright spot in the home although preferably not in direct sunlight at temperatures of about 18 to 24 degrees celcius. One of the easiest houseplants to grow and care for the yucca is exceptionally robust requiring very little water perfect if you do not have much time or sometimes forget about them. As Yucca elephantipes holds the RHS Award of Garden Merit you can be sure that these plants will perform superbly for many years to come. Just water moderately from spring to autumn and less frequently in winter and they will appreciate a balanced liquid feed every three months.
