The Coffeeduck by Xavax is a practical and a kinder to the environment alternative to a conventional Nespresso capsule. In use, the capsules differ only slightly. Xavax capsules allow you to choose your favourite type of coffee yourself and present an optimal taste result.Firmly press the coffee powder into the capsule, close the cap and insert it into the machine like a normal capsule. The coffee grinding degree should be very fine (grain size 0.2 mm).The Espresso Capsule "Coffeeduck" is NOT suitable for the following Nespresso Krups devices with single-pin slot: F897, F896, F893 (devices older than year of construction 2003), as well as devices with automatic capsule retraction and only for machines built after October 2010.

Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
